Teachers:
![]() | Jennifer Ferguson I have worked at Partners In Learning since 2004. I am pursuing my AAS degree in Early Childhood from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. |
![]() | Monica Willis Greetings parents! My name is Monica Willis. I have served children and families as an early childhood educator for the past seven years and have enjoyed a varied and rewarding career. Norma gave me my first teaching position at Partners In Learning after I graduated from college. When I could no longer ignore the desire to return to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, I bid a bittersweet farewell to my Salisbury colleagues. I began working with children and families enrolled in the Head Start program in Jackson County and later worked with preschoolers in a model learning center in Buncombe County. I have come full circle now and have returned to live with my family in Albemarle, NC. I am grateful that Norma recognized my dedication to the field of early childhood education and has given me another opportunity to serve you and your child at Partners in Learning. You will discover that I am open to any questions or suggestions that you may have. I look forward to partnering with you to give your child the best early learning experiences possible. Sincerely, Monica Willis |
Parent Testimonial:
Every morning or afternoon when we are coming and going from PIL, I feel like we are in "Cheers". Everyone of the staff knows my child's name. The friendliness doesn't just start and stop at the front door. I know that Rilee gets excellent care and guidance all day long.
