NCPre-K

Partners In Learning contracts with Smart Start Rowan to provide funding for two NCPK classrooms.

The NCPre-K Program provides  high quality pre-kindergarten education for four-year-olds who may not have had the opportunities that prepare them for success in school.   The program is built on the belief that all children can learn if given the opportunity, but many children have not had the same level of opportunity as other children.   Our NCPre-K classrooms meet the same high quality standards as all of the classrooms at Partners In Learning.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Your child must be 4 years old on or before August 31. Children who are not currently enrolled in a preschool, childcare program, daycare or Head Start are prioritized. Eligibility is also based on income.
