Norma W. Honeycutt, Executive Director Norma W. Honeycutt has served as the Executive Director of Partners In Learning Child Development and Family Resource Center since 1998. Under her leadership, Partners In Learning has become a Model Inclusive Center, and has received a 5 Star license and National Accreditation. She took on the challenge of building public awareness of the need for early identification and early intervention. Many organizations currently benefit from her volunteer services, including serving as a validator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Prevent Child Abuse Rowan Board of Directors, Smart Start and United Way Committees, Rowan County Child Advocacy Center Committee, Regional Interagency Coordinating Council, Licensed Foster Parent, and is currently Rowan County’s Director of the Year. An early childhood educator of 30 years, she presents workshops, in-service training, and has presented statewide. Norma is certified to provide Special Instruction for Infants and Toddlers, and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Child and Family Development from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. |

Deborah Howell, Program Coordinator I have been a member of the Partners In Learning family since 2005. My education includes an AAS degree from Rowan Cabarrus Community College in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree from UNCG in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Birth-Kindergarten. Currently I am pursuing a Masters Degree at UNCG. |

Colleen Carman, Administrative Assistant I have been with Partners In Learning since 2002. I have extensive experience in Business Management, customer service and record keeping. I enjoy the close family atmosphere here at Partners. |

Cindy Webb, Inclusion Specialist I have been with Partners In Learning since its beginning in 1996. I have my AAS in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education. |

Michelle Macon, Administration Support I have been with Partners In Learning since 2006. Currently I am pursuing my AAS in Early Childhood Education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and my Bachelors Degree in Birth-Kindergarten from Livingstone College. |
