Norma W. Honeycutt, Executive Director

Norma W. Honeycutt has served as the Executive Director of Partners In Learning Child Development and Family Resource Center since 1998. Under her leadership, Partners In Learning has become a Model Inclusive Center, and has received a 5 Star license and National Accreditation. She took on the challenge of building public awareness of the need for early identification and early intervention.

Many organizations currently benefit from her volunteer services, including serving as a validator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Prevent Child Abuse Rowan Board of Directors, Smart Start and United Way Committees, Rowan County Child Advocacy Center Committee, Regional Interagency Coordinating Council, Licensed Foster Parent, and is currently Rowan County’s Director of the Year. An early childhood educator of 30 years, she presents workshops, in-service training, and has presented statewide. Norma is certified to provide Special Instruction for Infants and Toddlers, and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Child and Family Development from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.

Deborah Howell, Assistant Director

I have been a member of the Partners In Learning family since 2005. My education includes an AAS degree from Rowan Cabarrus Community College in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree from UNCG in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Birth-Kindergarten. Currently I am pursuing a Masters Degree at UNCG.

Colleen Carman, Finance/ Human Resource Director

I have been with Partners In Learning since 2002. I have extensive experience in Business Management, customer service and record keeping. I enjoy the close family atmosphere here at Partners.

Cindy Webb, IEarly Intervention Director

I have been with Partners In Learning since its beginning in 1996. I have a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education and a Bachelors Degree in Birth thru Kindergarten Education. I developed my interest in helping with children with special needs in Elementary School. For eleven years I was a one on one assistant for a fellow student.

Michelle Macon, Program Coordinator

I have been with Partners In learning since 2006. I have my AAS in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelors Degree in Birth thru Kindergarten Education. In the future I plan to get my Masters degree and continue working in the early childhood field.

Katherine Generaux,Community Inclusion Director

I have been with Partners In Learning since 2008.  I have a BA degree in Child and Family Development with B-K Licensure and a BA in Psychology.  I am proud to be part of the PIL team.

Spring MIller, Billing Specialist

Spring graduated from Catawba College in 2004 with a degree in Business Management. She has specalized in accounting for the last 10 years .
